Zachry Women Breaking Ground (ZWBG) is Zachry Construction's initiative dedicated to helping women adjust to challenges that come with working in a male-dominated profession. Zachry's Vice President of Project Controls Ranjeet Gadhoke is the Executive Sponsor.
