In South and Central Texas on the US281 Expansion Project from Stone Oak to the County Line in San Antonio, Texas, team members switched traffic onto a portion of the new northbound frontage road and are starting Phase 3 main lane work from Bulverde Road to the north end of the project. This switch opens an additional 150k SF of retaining wall. South of Bulverde Road, team members are continuing work on Phase 2, constructing the new northbound frontage road and two braided ramp bridges in preparation for a late September traffic switch.
