Overview
This project will focus on constructing a bridge over Bear Creek spanning a distance of 1,607 feet, along with an accompanying roadway extending for 3,043 feet and water and wastewater infrastructure improvements. In addition, multi-use sidewalks have been incorporated to promote alternative modes of transportation and prioritize pedestrian safety. The primary objective of the project is to alleviate congestion and improve traffic flow in Irving. The construction of the bridge over Bear Creek will provide a crucial link between various neighborhoods and commercial areas, allowing for smoother and more efficient travel. Additionally, the new roadway will enhance accessibility to key destinations, such as schools, businesses, and recreational facilities.
