We self-perform wet and dry utility installation, upgrades and relocations, including water, wastewater and stormwater systems, underground electrical and communications infrastructure, conduit and duct banks, cable installation and transformers. Integrating this work with civil sitework helps crews coordinate crossings, resolve utility conflicts and maintain the construction sequence.

Zachry installs the underground infrastructure that supports telecommunications and fiber networks, including conduit and duct banks, handholes, vaults, manholes, equipment pads, and service pathways. With one of the region’s strongest concrete paving operations, Zachry delivers the concrete infrastructure that supports complex industrial and infrastructure projects. We construct retaining walls, internal roadways, parking areas, access roads, concrete paving, flatwork and other site structures while coordinating closely with earthwork and utility installation. When project demands require it, we establish on-site concrete batch plants and manage material production to improve quality control, reduce supply chain exposure and help keep construction on schedule.
