The Port San Antonio Consolidated Facility Package 3: Taxiway M project includes construction of new airfield pavement and supporting infrastructure at Port San Antonio. Zachry’s scope includes excavation and soil preparation, followed by lime treatment, cement-treated base, concrete paving, and asphalt paving.
The project also includes site drainage, utilities, and flatwork to support the new taxiway infrastructure. The combination of pavement, utility, and drainage improvements requires careful coordination across multiple scopes to deliver a complete and durable airfield facility.
