SAVAGE ROUGH GRADING PACKAGE
As a subcontractor to McCord Development, Zachry delivered the Rough Grading Package for the Generation Park East development in Houston, Texas. The project encompassed a comprehensive scope of site preparation and earthwork activities to support future vertical and infrastructure development. Work included implementing stormwater pollution prevention measures, removing the existing wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) main and associated foundations, excavating on-site swales and constructing a sedimentation basin, importing and placing engineered fill materials, and installing storm sewer infrastructure.
